Fort of San Miguel
The Fort of San Miguel was part of the big defensive wall that the Portuguese built in 1745. It is placed in the South coast. On the fort, the artillery was placed in the direction of the attack, because it was strategically built for that purpose in that area. Its walls are made of stones extracted from the beach and it has a square apparence.
